Covid-19 Update

Please be advised, we are still in operation during these unprecedented times. However please note that due to certain restrictions there may be some delays and limits on services due to Government placed restrictions.

Specifically, within Melbourne Metro with the recently announced extension to the stage 4 restrictions, we anticipate the following will continue:

In regards to supply, this will continue to operate ‘business as usual’, however with the restriction surrounding the number of permissible site visits allowed, we do unfortunately anticipant there will be some delays surrounding the installation of product to construction sites. We are continuing to monitor this to ensure we can best serve all our customer during this period.

Regarding installations for established residential properties, unfortunately we will only be able to perform installations where the circumstances are classified as ‘emergency only’.

When it comes to service, we will continue to address all urgent service calls (i.e. those that relate to No Hot Water and/or Major Leaks) in the same timely manner, however less urgent requests may not be able to be attended to in the same fashion as we continue to adhere to these stage four regulations. We appreciate your understanding surrounding these circumstances and note that providing us with clear identification of any service issue is even more crucial during this period to avoid our service technician having to regretfully walk away from non-urgent requests, avoiding any unnecessary charges and potential fines. With all this said, please rest assured that we will continue to strive in providing the best possible service during this period.

The health and safety of all our staff and customers is our highest priority and we wish to reassure you that as we continue to operate, we have put into place proactive measures for the safety of everyone. All our offices and warehouses have moved to a Covid safe program, including many staff working from home, restricted workplace zoning along with an emphasis on conducting pickups, deliveries and installations as contactless as possible.

We all understand just how challenging the world is at this time and we are continually monitoring the situation and remain committed as ever to maintaining our high level of service whilst adhering to Government directives and ensuring the safety of all our customers.
